Within the last few years my life has undergone
tremendous positive change including starting a business in
my chosen field and meeting and marrying the man of my dreams.
But with these happy changes came some 'happy fat'! As I approached
my wedding date I dreaded shopping for a dress and how I would
look on my big day. After making changes to my nutrition I
was ready to take it to the next level.
That was when I met Rohan and both my (then) fiancé and I
started working with Quest Personal Training.
The results were immediate and dramatic. By our wedding day
we both looked and felt better than we ever remember being
before. With commitment and Rohan's help I know that we will
continue on our quest for lifelong personal fitness and health.

My story is, unfortunately a common one. Years
of working hard to achieve my career goals meant years of
sitting behind a desk, eating on the run and ultimately ending
up out of shape, lacking energy and not feeling very good
about myself. I was introduced to Quest

Life System By the wedding day I had shed more
than 20 pounds and toned up my sadly neglected body.
The most amazing result, apart from looking good and feeling
great at my wedding, was seeing the positive results early,
and gaining the drive and motivation to continue the work.
I'm happy to say I've set new and more aggressive fitness
and health goals which I know I'll achieve. Rohan's commitment

I had a great diet, but my problem was
finding the motivation to start fitness routines and sticking
with them long enough to get the results I desired. When I
met Rohan I decided to hire him to motivate me and provide
the push I needed to solve this problem. My initial goal was
to lose weight and body fat. Within 4 months I've achieved
fantastic results. I lost 12% body fat, nearly 6 inches off
my hips and 4 off my waist.
The most amazing result was one I didn't foresee. This time
around, I actually had the motivation to stick with the routine
and work steadily towards my goals. Now there's no stopping
me on my quest.
